TalkingChina Provides Professional Interpretation Services at ChinaJoy 2026, Bridging International Communication

From July 31 to August 3, the 23rd China Digital Entertainment Expo & Conference (ChinaJoy) was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Under the theme “Traveling with AI,” this year’s event brought together over 900 exhibitors from 35 countries and regions, showcasing cutting-edge digital content and technology.

As a professional language service provider, TalkingChina deployed a team of interpreters to support on-site communication at the expo. The company provided booth interpretation services for multiple Korean game studios—marking the first time Korean game companies participated in a B2C exhibition at ChinaJoy. In addition, TalkingChina offered high-quality English escort interpretation for overseas clients during their exhibition tours, opening a new chapter of cooperation.

The 2026 ChinaJoy highlighted three clear trends: technological innovation, content globalization, and brand cross-over. Tencent Games featured 15 products, including the world’s first UNESCO heritage-themed mini-game *Digital Jingdezhen: Porcelain Town Artisan*, which made its offline debut. Migu Interactive launched “AI Smart Forge,” an AI-powered game creation platform, while 37 Interactive Entertainment shared R&D data showing that AI-generated materials now account for over 80% of its production.

The Snapdragon Pavilion introduced a new “AI DreamWorks” zone, partnering with over 140 collaborators to display more than 300 devices. Humanoid robots made their first collective appearance at ChinaJoy, with companies like Unitree, Jidong Dynamics, and Qiyuan Robotics showcasing their products. The Vision Future frontier tech zone focused on humanoid robots, smart wearables, spatial computing, and other emerging fields. Cross-industry brands such as office software provider Kingsoft Office and new-energy vehicle giant BYD also made notable appearances. Meanwhile, NetEase Games created an immersive Jiangnan water-town experience around its national‑style IP *Where Winds Meet*. Shiji Henghua presented outstanding projects from its “Shulong Cup” Global AI Innovation Competition, and Philips Audio made its ChinaJoy debut to launch a youth-oriented strategy.

In such a dynamic and globally connected event, effective language communication proved essential for cross-border business cooperation. Leveraging its deep experience in exhibition interpretation, TalkingChina provided professional English escort services for Three Spring Group, an overseas enterprise seeking to engage deeply with the Chinese digital entertainment market. The interpreter accompanied the client throughout the exhibition, facilitating booth visits, business meetings, and networking sessions with potential partners. Thanks to the interpreter’s precise language skills and solid understanding of the gaming and tech industries, all communications proceeded smoothly and efficiently.

This collaboration not only gave Three Spring Group valuable insights into China’s digital entertainment ecosystem but also built a strong linguistic bridge for technical exchange and commercial cooperation between Chinese and international companies.
