The two sides also agreed to jointly invest USD 100 million to establish a regional blood purification product manufacturing center in Kazakhstan. In terms of people-to-people exchanges, a direct Hong Kong–Almaty flight route is set to launch in Q1 2027, with visa-free stays extended to 30 days.
